With a degree in Psychology and training in adolescent mental health, safeguarding (level 2 and 3), and crisis support, I bring both academic knowledge and lived experience to my work, ensuring sessions are supportive, engaging, and grounded in safe, professional practice.

This programme provides one-to-one mentoring for young people aged 11–18 in South Gloucestershire, supporting confidence, emotional wellbeing, and positive futures through trusted mentoring relationships. Each session is tailored to the young person’s needs and interests, helping them build resilience, self-belief, and life skills that extend beyond the mentoring relationship.
My approach is flexible and relational, maintaining clear professional boundaries and safeguarding standards while creating a safe, supportive space for young people to thrive. At its heart, this programme is built on the belief that every young person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported, and that with the right encouragement, they can create meaningful change in their own lives.
