I provide 1:1 mentoring tailored to each young person’s needs, supporting wellbeing, confidence, and personal development.
Sessions are agreed in advance with parents, schools, or referrers. Fees are confirmed before the programme begins. Invoices are issued before sessions start and must be paid prior to delivery of services. Continuation of services can be discussed and agreed as needed.
Safeguarding is my priority: I am DBS checked and Safeguarding trained (Level 2 and 3). Concerns about safety or wellbeing will be acted on immediately. Confidentiality will be respected at all times. However, confidentiality may be broken where there is a risk of harm to the young person, another person, or where there is a legal safeguarding obligation. Where appropriate, concerns will be shared with relevant parents, carers, schools, referrers, or safeguarding professionals in line with safeguarding procedures.
I aim to provide a safe and positive environment. Sessions may be reviewed if behaviour or engagement becomes a concern.
A full Service Agreement will be provided before mentoring begins. Services will commence only once the agreement has been reviewed, agreed, and signed by all relevant parties.
